Felicia is a native American of Dallas Texas and a dedicated wife, a grandmother to 5 grandchildren!! She is a Woman of God, filled with the Holy Spirit. She enjoys gospel music, singing and spending time with her family. Her mission is to make an impact on  early childhood learning, she has 25 years in early childhood education!! Felicia holds 2  business degrees.  The first degree is in Childhood and the 2nd degree is in Business/ Healthcare and Administration!

She also has several certifications in leadership and cultural development.
